1. Who we are
Savera ("Savera", "we", "us", "our") is a software service operated by Daniil Shaposhnikov, Individual Entrepreneur, registered in Georgia under identification number 304687809 (registered with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, Ministry of Justice of Georgia, on 24 July 2023), with registered address Ponichala 3, Building 5, Floor 4, Krtsanisi District, Tbilisi, Georgia. For all service, legal, and privacy matters, contact us at hello@savera.kitchen.
2. What Savera is — and is not
Savera is an AI-powered kitchen assistant that generates recipes, meal ideas, shopping suggestions, and tips to help reduce household food waste. Savera is not a medical device, dietitian, nutritional counsellor, or healthcare provider. Outputs are produced by generative artificial intelligence for informational and inspirational purposes only.
AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or produce unexpected results. Recipes and any nutritional information may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You must verify all information independently — including ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, nutritional values, and food safety — before relying on it.
3. Allergen and health warning
AI may fail to detect or flag allergens, cross-contamination risks, or hidden ingredients such as "natural flavours", derivatives, or trace contaminants. Do not rely solely on Savera for allergy safety. Always verify ingredient labels, consult the manufacturer's allergen statement, and speak to a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any dish if you have allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, a medical condition, or take medication.
Savera does not have access to medical records, prescription data, or live allergy testing. Any allergen or dietary information shown by Savera is based solely on text input you provide and AI inference from product names. We do not verify ingredient lists with manufacturers, and ingredient formulations may change without notice.
You are solely responsible for safe food handling, cooking temperatures, storage, and hygiene. You assume all risk associated with preparing, cooking, or consuming any dish based on AI-generated content. If you have severe allergies or food-related medical conditions, you should not rely on Savera as a primary source of dietary information.
4. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person per account; no sharing.
Account inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be deactivated. We will email you 30 days before deactivation. Deactivated accounts can be reactivated within 30 days; after that, the data is permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions, free trial, renewals, and cancellation
Savera offers a 7-day free trial and a paid subscription billed monthly. Once activated, our Merchant of Record will be Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). The invoice you receive will be issued by Paddle as seller of record.
Free trial. New accounts receive 7 days of full Savera access at no charge and without providing a payment method. We disclose at signup:
- Trial length: 7 days from account creation
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Price after trial: €5/month, billed monthly upon active subscription
- No automatic conversion: the trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — you must actively subscribe to continue using Savera after day 7
- What happens on day 8: access to Savera features is paused; your data remains stored and intact; subscribe anytime to restore access
- One trial per account: you are eligible for the 7-day free trial once per email address
Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any price change affecting your current plan.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account's Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then. If you subscribed online, you can cancel online — no phone calls or hoops.
6. Fees, taxes, and refunds
Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT or sales tax; applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your country and added to the total. Our Refund Policy at https://savera.kitchen/refunds is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- (a) use Savera for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- (b) misrepresent AI-generated recipes as advice from a medical professional;
- (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent our rate limits;
- (d) upload content you don't have the right to share;
- (e) use Savera to compete with Savera (for example, you may not build a competing recipe-generation service on top of our outputs);
- (f) attempt to extract the underlying AI models or training data.
8. Intellectual property and AI-generated content
The Savera platform, interface, brand, and code are our property. Recipes, meal plans, and outputs generated by the AI in response to your prompts are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may cook them, share them with friends, and save them privately. You may not resell them as a product, publish them in bulk to third-party platforms, or use them to train other AI models.
To the extent AI-generated outputs contain no protectable authorship under applicable law, no party has exclusive ownership; you may treat them as you would any other recipe. We disclaim any claim that outputs are free of third-party rights — Savera cannot guarantee that a given recipe, image, or phrasing does not resemble existing material.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Savera is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your requirements. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to Savera is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or personal injury resulting from reliance on AI outputs, except where such limitation is prohibited by law (including consumer's statutory rights under EU/UK consumer law).
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable law, or (d) your misuse of AI-generated content. This indemnification does not apply to claims by third parties for whom you prepared food in non-commercial settings.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time from account settings; deletion triggers the erasure process described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Nothing in this clause deprives you, as a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or elsewhere, of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (including rights under Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable data-protection law). EU and UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures (including AI providers, hosting platforms, or payment processors). The affected party will use reasonable efforts to resume performance promptly.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
